Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including APO/FPO addresses) and Canada (excluding territories, Nunavut, and remote areas where couriers do not deliver).

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–7 business days

These are estimated delivery windows. Customs clearance for Canadian orders or extreme weather conditions may cause delays. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, but we will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase, no hidden fees, no surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Shipping Carriers

We work with a variety of reliable shipping carriers, which are automatically selected based on your location and package size. You will always receive a valid tracking number with every order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly first. If the issue remains unresolved, email us within 5 business days of the delivery date at info@dcshoseshop.com – we will open an investigation on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, email us immediately at info@dcshoseshop.com. We can modify the shipping address only if your order has not yet entered the processing stage. Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package.

Customs and Duties (Canada Only)

For orders shipped to Canada, you are the importer of record. Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed upon delivery are your sole responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
