30‑Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return and send it back. No restocking fees. No hidden conditions.
What Can Be Returned?
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition (no stains, no odor, no pet hair)
- Original packaging (shoebox, dust bag, tags) must be included
- Final sale and clearance items (clearly marked on the product page) are not returnable
- Quality issues (manufacturing defects) are also eligible for return under this policy
How to Return (Free)
- Email info@dcshoseshop.com with your order number and the reason for return
- We will reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label (free return shipping – no deduction from your refund)
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier location indicated on the label
Refund Amount & Timing
- We do not charge any restocking fee
- Once we receive your return, we inspect the item within 1–2 business days
- Your refund (full purchase price) will be processed within 1–2 business days after inspection
- Your bank or PayPal may take an additional 7–10 business days to credit the funds back to your original payment method
Because our standard shipping is free, you will receive a refund of the entire amount you paid for the product(s).
Important for international orders (including Canada): Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees paid upon delivery are non‑refundable. These fees are collected by the destination country‘s customs authority and are not retained by DCShoesShop. Your refund will cover only the product price you paid at checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will send you a replacement or a full refund (including any return shipping costs) at no charge.
